A box containing 227g of cut raw honeycomb, harvested from my bees in May 2025.
The bees forage freely across the allotments and surrounding area. Nectar sources reflect the local landscape and are likely to include hawthorn, cherry plum, raspberry, and bramble, alongside garden crops, herbs, local wildflowers, and possibly lime trees and chestnuts.
The honeycomb is completely natural and unprocessed, sealed by the bees themselves and cut directly from the frame. Both the honey and the wax are edible.
How to enjoy
If you’re new to honeycomb, it’s best enjoyed with something firm — for example on toast, with yoghurt, oats and nuts, or alongside cheese.
Allergen information
Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. Avoid if you have a known allergy to bee products.
