This 240g jar contains 100% raw, natural honey harvested in August from my bees at Home Farm Allotments in Walton-on-Thames.
The bees forage freely across the allotments and surrounding area. Nectar sources vary naturally and are likely to include hawthorn, cherry plum, raspberry, and bramble, along with garden crops, herbs, local wildflowers, and possibly lime tree and chestnut blossoms.
Our honey is unpasteurised and lightly strained, preserving its natural flavour and character. It is not ultra-filtered and has not been heat-treated, as is common with most supermarket honey.
Allergen information
Honey is not suitable for infants under 12 months. Avoid if you have a known allergy to bee products.
Natural crystallisation
Raw honey may naturally crystallise weeks or months after harvest. This is a normal process and a sign that the honey has not been heat-treated. To return it to a runny consistency, place the jar in a bowl of warm water at around 40°C, allowing it to gently liquefy. Avoid overheating or microwaving, as higher temperatures can damage the honey’s natural qualities.
